Engineered to meet the demanding requirements of complex hip revision surgeries, this system perfectly embodies the philosophy "Fit for patients, Value for surgeons." Manufactured from high-strength Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), the prosthesis utilizes the natural flexibility of titanium to optimize stress transfer and help preserve cortical bone density.
The prosthesis features a unique 3-degree splined tapered design that effectively transfers loads distally while providing exceptional rotational stability. For reliable cementless fixation, the system offers a proximal plasma spray surface, along with an optional bead-blasted proximal body surface to promote excellent long-term implant stability.
Designed to accommodate diverse patient anatomies, the system provides both standard offset and high offset options to restore hip biomechanics without unnecessary leg lengthening. The modular stem design offers outstanding surgical flexibility, including straight configurations available in 150mm and 190mm lengths, as well as an angled configuration available in 250mm length.
This highly modular system supports a wide range of femoral head options, including CoCrMo heads (22mm, 28mm, 32mm, 36mm) and Ceramic heads (28mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm). Furthermore, compatibility with the VarioCup bearing surface series allows integration with standard polyethylene, Highly Crosslinked Polyethylene (HXL-UHMWPE), Vitamin-E Highly Crosslinked Polyethylene (VE-HXL UHMWPE), ceramic inserts, and dual mobility options, providing a truly customized solution for individual patient and surgical requirements.
