The PreciTotal Revision Knee System is a premium orthopedic solution manufactured by aap Joints GmbH (Germany) and distributed by Prime Medical Concept Sdn Bhd.
Developed under the philosophy "Fit for patients, Value for surgeons,", this system is designed exclusively for cemented fixation. Both the Femoral Component and Tibial Component are manufactured from CoCrMo alloy, featuring highly polished articulation surfaces and bead blasting treatment at the implant/cement interface to enhance fixation performance.
The system offers exceptional intraoperative flexibility for managing various degrees of bone loss through Titanium Alloy Tibial Augments (5mm, 10mm, 15mm) and Femoral Augments (Distal: 5mm, 10mm, 15mm; Posterior: 5mm, 10mm). Its advanced central locking mechanism securely locks the conventional polyethylene Tibial Insert while maximizing the load-bearing surface.
Component fixation is further optimized with Titanium Alloy Extension Stems available in 40mm, 80mm, 120mm, and 160mm lengths. Precise component positioning is achieved using a universal 360° rotating Titanium Offset Adaptor, available in 0mm, 2.5mm, and 5mm offsets. Offering 9 anatomical sizes with approximately 2.4mm size increments and an impressive 145° Range of Motion (ROM), the system provides outstanding anatomical compatibility and surgical efficiency.
